A marketing specialist inspects the house and presents the data on the industry standard ERC form. The transferee is made aware that the reports will include a suggested dollar amount for marketing the house in an "as is" condition as well as with any repairs and improvements if necessary. Marketing time and strategies will also be outlined.
While marketing the house the transferee is informed on the feedback from the showings. This constant monitoring helps assure the transferee of obtaining the highest price possible, in the shortest time and with the fewest problems. Status reports are provided to the transferee's Employer.
